We offer three Maintenance Support Packages: Platinum, Gold & Silver. Platinum is our most popular and cost-effective package. The Gold and Silver packages offer maintenance for clients who have less complicated Networks.

Platinum

Assigned Account Manager

All clients are assigned an account manager who is available to advise on your account; from the supply of equipment, service level issues and any other requirements.

Open & Regular Communication

In addition to your account manager, you have access to our three tier helpdesk team and the Care Computers call-logging system. This means that you will always have a clear view, in real time, of how we are dealing with any IT problem you may be experiencing.

Backup Monitoring & Server Health Checks

We are notified of all unsuccessful backups via email on a daily basis, where after a call is opened and is investigated by our engineers. We endeavour to ensure a good backup each week.

Cost-Effective Third-Line IT Support

Access to Microsoft accredited IT professionals and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE), provides you with real top level expertise at a fraction of hiring on an ad-hoc basis.

Technical Expertise

Care Computers have a programme of training our engineers to constantly update their Microsoft qualifications.

Helpdesk Portal

Our helpdesk portal is an online ticketing system, developed to allow all parties to open, view and edit logged support calls. The system is live and available to access over the internet, and is updated in real time. Clients, account managers and engineers have secure login accounts to access the portal and it is hosted on secure web servers. www.carecomputers.co.uk/support

The Platinum Package is an all inclusive package, no hidden costs and no unnecessary bills. You get unlimited access to telephone, online and onsite support. We also install all software, hardware and network stations bought from Care Computers absolutely free of charge.

Available from 18:00, 7 days a week*

Care Computers understand the importance of network uptime, and that not all businesses operate from 09:00 to 17:00. We understand that overseas networks and users need assistance at different times from UK networks.

Our Platinum clients with 10 users or more will have 24/7 support available. This service is primarily for server and network issues after 18:00 (GMT).
